1997 – 2006:  News Director, WICZ-TV, Binghamton, New York
In charge of news at a small Fox affiliate. Produced & Directed in-studio a nightly half hour newscast.

1987 – 1997:  Producer/Senior Producer, NBC Nightly News

Producer of feature and hard news segments. One of five Senior Producers. Responsible for production of the “Fleecing of America” segments.

1986 – 1987:  Associate Professor, Binghamton University
Taught News Writing and History of the Documentary courses.

1975 – 1986:  Producer, CBS News
Documentary producer for CBS REPORTS broadcast
Produced three hour long documentaries:

EMBASSY (with correspondent, Ed Bradley)… a profile of the ambassador and U.S. embassy in Thailand.

GM: WHAT’S GOOD FOR GM (with correspondent, Marlene Sanders)… The car company destroys a Detroit Polish neighborhood to build a Cadillac plant.

A TIME TO DIE (with correspondent, Marlene Sanders)… profiles of three young people facing death.

Producer, The CBS Evening News with Dan Rather….
Produced and directed various feature and hard news Segments.  Covered the Reverend Jesse Jackson Democratic Presidential Nomination campaign, with correspondent, Bob Faw.

Director of daily morning newscast and magazine broadcast
